Experience the Joy of Retirement Living
A community of retired missionaries on 50 lakeside acres in the heart of Florida, where fellowship runs deep and service continues.
Where Retired Missionaries Call Home
Since 1966, Sebring Retirement Village has offered modest, affordable homes to retired missionaries. It was built for SIM retirees and is now open to retired missionaries of other like-minded agencies.
The Village sits on 50 acres around a small lake, with the chapel on its own peninsula. What residents talk about most is the company: neighbors who have shared the missionary life across the globe, and who understand yours without explanation.
Three times a year the Village hosts a week-long Bible and mission conference with well-known speakers. For many here, it is the highlight of the season.

What Makes Sebring Distinctive?

Neighbors who have served across the globe, a chapel at the center of the campus, and conferences that fill the Fellowship Hall three times a year.
Life at the Village
Residents keep serving: at the Village, in local churches and community organizations, and for some, overseas on short-term assignments while their home is cared for.
How Residents Serve
Health Advocates who walk alongside residents, and the Lodge, the Village's own assisted living residence, for the season when daily life needs more support.
Care and the Lodge
Individual homes, duplexes, and apartments, among the most affordable of any retirement village, with each home adjusted to your needs and budget before you move in.
Housing and Fees
A Lake, a Chapel, and a Walk to Both
Fifty acres around a quiet lake, with paths for walking and cycling, a gazebo by the water, and the chapel at the end of the peninsula.
